DESCRIPTION OF LEVELS
Our Beginning classes are powerful, leaning experiences in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do.
Level 1 are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. All of our teachers are expertly trained to help you master the correct form, understand proper breathing techniques, and build confidence in your practice.
Basic postures are presented in more challenging ways with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga. Classes address the needs of the students who are comfortable in Level 1 and those newer to yoga.
Designed to take students to the intermediate level. Further strength,stamina and flexibility will be required as more advanced postures are introduced, including a greater range of inversions, backbending and basic arm balances. This class is not for first time students.
These vigorous athletic classes build heat and stamina through sun salutations and standing poses, emphasizing cardiovascular fitness and core strength. Students typically hold poses longer, and practice more advanced variations and challenging sequences. Prior knowledge of standing poses, intermediate inversions, backbends and arm balances required.
